We were using 0.75 HP non inverter aircon and our electric bill is about 7000 to 7200 monthly. Then we replaced it with a 1 HP inverter aircon and now were paying around 4800 a month. That's big savings.

Lots of good info on water management from both houses. I never considered high mineral content in the water when drinking the water from our place in the Bessang Pass. Although, we always boil our drinking water. The UV purification is a very good idea. Thanks for sharing.

In the future, if you need to clean out the rainwater reservoir, I highly recommend using a sump pump. It's a LOT quicker and you can actual rinse it while draining out the water. If you have a sump pump drain pit, that will direct all the water our too. Looking great, by the way!

Ohhh! Maybe you can use your extra grey water tank for the rain water hehehehe just suggestion again...hehehehe and also you may do 1st the landscape in your water reservoir to avoid the dirt go inside your water reservoir..if you will concrete do a concrete design patterns or put some stone to filter the water to flow over your water reserve put some plastic 1st in the soiled then put Stone if you dont want to concrete it...its a waste of time to clean that over and over again your as you said you have worker left...

Hi guys im happy to see Margarett house progress! If you remember guys that cooking hood i suggested in you long time ago that if you look for cooking range and hood that better especially in island cooking plan..its very convenient and very elegant look iim happy that you see the sample in your friends house...its better to have a ceiling hood too...its nice to seek a professional water filter company test your water underground and then how to filtered it to a drinkable and supply all your daily routine as will as for cleaning and washing..dont rely in rain water guys as you known there is a season of draught in the Philippines no rain for so many months you must consider that .a big headache in the future water is the most essential in all living things especially human, plants and animals, for now you can enjoy the rain water but bear in mind that not for longterm.. correct me if im wrong i saw in sherlyn video that your nearly nieghbor have a deep well if they have you can ask a Little to test the water content or may be the company you hired they will test your water source...i suggest thats the 1st thing you gonna do before buying filters for your pool..no double waste of money...just suggestion
